Shipping & Refund Information

Your order will be wrapped in recycled materials to protect your product and will be shipped via Australia Post or a courier service.  We will forward you a tracking number as soon as we have sent the package.

All orders must be checked and any discrepancies reported to Cherie Em within 7 days.
